Hello,
I’m from Southern France and I’m looking for a contact with you about the history of the 84th Chemical Battalion and a book I’m writing about the First Special Service Force. Can you contact me please ? Thank you.
I’m amazed by the history of the 84th Chemical Bn.
All the best and happy new year !
Loïc.
My uncle Giovanni is man of Honor Roll of Dead
My Dad Thomas C Passios was a Lieutenant during WW II. He served with a Lattanzio, Mc Cormick and Corporal Burke and Corporal Kershaw. I would be interested if anyone has any letters written by these men during their time in Anzio, Lucca or whatever. In later years he travelled to Italy just to look up the graves who had been in his command.
My father, Elwood Cooper served as both Battalion XO and Commander both in Sicily and at Anzio,Cisterns and through the liberation of Rome.
He passed away at the age of 94 in 1993.
